We were looking for twin XL mattresses to replace the worn out ones on our adjustable bed. Prices we were quoted ran between $1000 and $2000 per mattress and we needed 2. Then we found the Dynasty Deluxe on Amazon. Checked out the manufacturer's website and figured for the price we couldn't go wrong. We have had our mattresses for almost a month and love them. We can not tell the difference from the high priced models. Friends of ours ordered a King Size and received in several days ago.

A hospital bed solution, a BIG surprise!, April 16, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: DynastyMattress 10-Inch Twin XL Deluxe Memory Foam Mattress for Adjustable Bed-Free Shipping! I had not analyzed what "memory foam" meant, and when FedEx delivered a bundle 16" in diameter and about three feet long, I thought it was a mistake. Knowing that Amazon is good about refunding, I thought I'd better at least see what they had sent instead. After removing layers of cardboard, packing tape, and plastic, I pierced the inner layer of plastic to find that it was swelling like a life boat. It seemed to suck all the air out of the room, or maybe I was in shock. Anyway, there it was, 10" thick, and perfect for my unused hospital bed. I had to order this online because of the extra length of the bed and couldn't use anything with springs, which would prevent the sleeper from sitting up. Anyway, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
