This review is from: InnerSpace Luxury Products 5-Inch Bunk Dorm Mattress, Twin XL (Misc.) If you sleep on your side, it's only going to give about half an inch from the weight of a shoulder, so it will force your spine to curve in uncomfortable and unhealthy ways. If you sleep on your back, it flattens the natural curvature of your spine, which is also bad. It doesn't give at all from the weight of ankles and elbows, so sleeping on your back with your arms folded across your chest means it will be providing enough pressure to the nerve in your elbow commonly known as the funnybone to make your arms go numb. All the weight of my lower legs gets concentrated into an infinitesimal area at the base of my achilles tendon, which is quite uncomfortable.
